The book "Traumatic Injuries to the Head, Vertebrae, Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerves of the Newborn During Birth," encompases extracranial hemorrhages (scalp hemorrhages), skull fractures, intracranial hemorrhage, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, cerebral embolism, contusions, injuries to the vertebral column, spinal cord injuries, and injuries to cranial and peripheral nerves, which are incurred during the birthing process.  It also contains a chapter discussing the relationship of the Forensic Pathologist with the Health Care Profession, as well as Attorney Generals, Prosecutors and Law Enforcement Personnel, which can be contentious.  It is 249 pages in length with 192 illustrations.
